Franchise Partner – Sales Agency (Face-to-Face Sales)

We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our growing sales organisation as Franchise Partners.

This is not a typical job — it’s an opportunity to build your own business within a proven system. You will be responsible for running your own location, building a team, and driving sales performance on a daily basis.

We are currently expanding and looking for candidates based in or around the Marbella and Estepona area.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage your own sales team
• Actively participate in face-to-face (F2F) customer acquisition
• Recruit, train, and develop new team members
• Take full ownership of your results and growth
• Build and scale your own operation
