Bar/Pub/Restaurant Manager Wanted – Join Our Team!
We’re a small, community-focused bar/pub/restaurant known for great beer, homemade comfort food, and genuine hospitality. We’re on the lookout for an experienced Manager who shares our values and passion for creating an unforgettable experience for both guests and staff.
What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver top-class service and warm hospitality.
• Build strong connections with our local community and regular guests.
• Oversee day-to-day operations (staff scheduling, ordering, stock management, etc.).
• Maintain our high standards of food, drink, and guest experience.
• Support and develop staff to help them grow in their roles.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous management experience in hospitality (bar, pub, or restaurant).
• Outgoing, approachable, and a natural people person.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Passion for craft beer, homemade comfort food, and delivering exceptional service.
• A good level of English is a must.
• Someone who thrives in a friendly, community-driven environment.
