We are looking for a passionate service professional to join our Food & Beverage team and support our instructors in delivering outstanding practical training to our students. Your Profile • Food handling certificate., • 2–3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress, sommelier, wine steward, or similar hospitality role., • Sommelier certification or hospitality degree is a plus., • High level of English is essential; Spanish is an advantage., • Strong knowledge of wine regions, types, and local vineyards., • Computer literacy is an advantage., • Previous experience in a fine-dining restaurant or luxury hotel setting., • Genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service., • Set up and prepare service operations according to standards., • Follow ordering procedures and manage stock control., • Implement HACCP standards and product control across sections., • Ensure consistent quality and contribute with innovative ideas., • Work closely with students and instructors, providing support and feedback., • Make recommendations on food and wine pairings., • Deliver impeccable service, ensuring guests’ expectations are exceeded., • Present menu items knowledgeably and accommodate dietary needs., • Maintain clean table settings and a tidy dining environment., • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service., • Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly., • Contribute to a positive, collaborative and value-driven work environment., • Permanent contract, • Full Time, • Private medical insurance for the employee once the trial period has been completed.
