En esta ocasión, buscamos incorporar a una persona como Director de Operaciones en Almacén en Marceliano Martín, una de las empresas que integran nuestra División de Acero . Su misión será garantizar la operación eficiente, segura y rentable de los almacenes y de la flota logística , asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio, productividad y seguridad definidos por la compañía. Las funciones de esta posición incluyen: Operativa de almacenes: Supervisar el funcionamiento diario de cada instalación. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos establecidos por la compañía. Estandarizar las tareas de los distintos almacenes bajo su responsabilidad: descarga, carga, preparación de pedidos, control de horarios y operativas. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las rutas de transporte establecidas. Lay-Out y gestión del espacio: Supervisar e implantar el lay-out de cada almacén. Garantizar que existan los medios necesarios para almacenar los productos definidos por Planificación. Mantenimiento: Gestionar el mantenimiento de puentes grúa, maquinaria de corte y la flota propia. Control de costes: Supervisar y optimizar los costes vinculados a: Personal de almacén Flota propia Mantenimiento Traspasos entre almacenes Gestión de KPI Analizar y reportar indicadores clave como: Productividad por delegación Nivel de servicio Cumplimiento de rutas de transporte Gestión de flota Inventario Costes operativos Entre los requisitos de la posición se encuentran: • Grado o titulación específica en logística y almacenes. - Al menos 5 años como Responsable de Almacén. - Se valorará experiencia en el uso de SAP, Salesforce y/o Power BI. - Disponibilidad para desplazamientos geográficos (nacional) entre los diferentes almacenes. - Se valorará experiencia en la gestión de flota propia.

Buscamos especialistas con sólida trayectoria académica e investigadora, capaces de acompañar y orientar al estudiante a lo largo de todo el proceso de elaboración de su TFM: desde la definición del objeto de estudio hasta la defensa final. Funciones • Tutorizar al estudiante durante todas las fases del TFM., • Orientar en la definición del objeto de estudio, metodología y estructura del trabajo., • Supervisar el rigor científico y la calidad académica del trabajo., • Evaluar el TFM y participar, cuando corresponda, en el tribunal de defensa.
