Mariposa Energía is a dynamic and growing company specializing in electricity supply and solar panel installations. We are currently seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Energy Switch Manager with customer support skills to join our team.
** Key Responsibilities:**
- Attract and onboard new customers interested in switching to Mariposa Energía.
- Conduct energy studies and prepare contracts.
- Provide customer service support: answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and assist with client needs.
- Carry out basic administrative tasks.
** Requirements:**
- Fluent in Spanish and English (high level in both is essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage administrative work efficiently.
- Customer-oriented mindset and proactive approach.
** What We Offer:**
- Full-time position (40 hours per week).
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30.
- 23 vacation days per year, plus public holidays.
- A professional and supportive working environment in our San Pedro de Alcántara office.
