- Experience preparing traditional English breakfasts and classic British pub meals.
- Knowledge of preparing a traditional Sunday roast is an added advantage.
- Comfortable working morning shifts and occasionally at weekends.
- Clean, organised, reliable, and passionate about good food.
- Able to work independently, manage portions, minimise food waste, and maintain good kitchen hygiene.
- Someone friendly who enjoys being part of a close-knit community.
