About the Role We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager to help elevate our in-store execution across markets and channels, translating our brand visions into flawless retail experiences. In this role, you will act as the bridge between Global Marketing, Design, Channels Leaders, and Local Market teams. This role will ensure VM concepts are adapted, delivered, and executed with excellence, on time, within budget, and with consistent brand expression. This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives in a matrix environment and enjoys turning creative ideas into operational reality. Key Responsibilities 1. In-store Execution • Translate global VM concepts into market-ready guidelines & toolkits for permanent fixtures and temporary POS material, • Ensure that all concepts and tools are developed in close collaboration with markets to ensure relevance, alignment, and effectiveness in addressing local needs and opportunities, • Ensure on-time delivery of VM assets for launches and upgrades across retail formats and channels, • Drive execution excellence, brand consistency and production quality, • Manage artwork, renders, specs, and production approvals in partnership with retailers and suppliers 2. Stakeholder Collaboration • Act as primary VM contact for Global Marketing, Design, Channel Leaders and Local Market Teams, • Partner with local marketing and sales teams to ensure store activation readiness, • Collect market feedback to continuously improve VM relevance, effectiveness and simplicity in addressing local needs and opportunities, • Build strong relationships with retailers, agencies, and suppliers, • Share best practices and success cases across markets 3. Process & Standards • Track and report VM performance, cost and compliance, • Centralize and scale local activities by identifying common needs, standardizing assets, and creating reusable toolkits, • Contribute to developing VM playbooks, workflows, standardization and operating processes as the function scales, • Support sustainability initiatives (materials, reuse, waste reduction) Qualifications & Experience • 7–10 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising within beauty, FMCG, luxury, or retail environments, • Proven track record delivering VM executions from brief to production to installation, • Deep expertise of fixtures, POS materials, artwork, and production processes, • Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills, • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational/time management skills, • Passionate about building brands and delivering results, • Fluent in English (mandatory), any other European language is a plus, • Flexibility to travel (5%)
