Estamos ampliando plantilla y buscamos añadir un nuevo Chef a Tiempo Completo (40h semanales) para liderar la elaboración de nuestras burgers y llevar la cocina al siguiente nivel. Somos una hamburguesería joven, divertida y con alma irlandesa-española, situada en Benalmádena. We’re looking for our new Full-Time Chef (40 hours per week) to lead the preparation of our burgers and take our kitchen to the next level. We’re a young, fun Irish-Spanish burger spot located in Benalmádena. Our place is small but full of energy, with dine-in and delivery service, and one clear mission: to make the best burgers on the Costa del Sol. 🧾 What will you be doing? • Preparing and cooking our burgers following our quality standards, • Managing stock, suppliers, and weekly orders, • Leading and organizing the kitchen and front-of-house team, • Maintaining processes, pace, and cleanliness during service, • Ensuring everything runs smoothly in a fast-paced, demanding environment, • Contributing to continuous improvement in recipes, processes, and efficiency 🎯 What are we looking for? • Kitchen experience and the ability to lead, • Knowledge of stock management and supplier handling, • Strong organization, responsibility, and a growth mindset, • Energy, motivation, and a passion for delivering top quality, • Full availability (40 hours per week), • Native Spanish; English is a plus due to our mix of local and international customers ✨ What do we offer? • Salary range between 1.500€ and 1.750€ gross a month, • A great work atmosphere and a committed team, • Clear, structured schedules and job stability, • A real opportunity to grow within the project, • Training in our cooking style and standards, • The chance to be part of a brand that always strives for excellence If you’re passionate about burgers and want to join a growing project, we’d love to meet you!
