We are opening a new fashion store in Albir SOULEI BRAND, we have one shop in Altea and now are looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead the launch and growth of this exciting project.

This is not just a retail management role — we are looking for someone who truly loves people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities


Lead and inspire the store team to achieve sales and performance targets
Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in-store experiences
Drive daily operations, visual merchandising, and stock management
Monitor KPIs and take action to maximize results
Build strong relationships with clients and foster customer loyalty
Ensure the store reflects premium brand standards at all times

🔹 Requirements


Proven experience as Store Manager or Assistant Manager in fashion retail
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A natural talent for connecting with people
Passion for fashion and retail excellence
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
Languages are essential:

Fluent English (mandatory)
Spanish required
Additional European languages are highly valued
