We are a fast-growing startup looking for a Financial Controller to join our founding team and help shape the financial future of the company. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and play a key role in structuring the financial operations of an innovative AI company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial closing.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor cash flow and track company expenses.
- Provide financial reporting and insights to the leadership team.
- Implement financial systems and tools that support company growth.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 level required).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Own car and valid driver's license (mandatory).
