Firmament Sports connects global football talent with elite European clubs. We organize camps, tours, and customized programs that combine technical development, personal growth, and cultural immersion. We work with passion and professionalism, collaborating with teams such as FC Barcelona and Atlético de Madrid. We are expanding our international football camps in The Netherlands, Germany, the USA and Canada, and we are looking for a dynamic, football-passionate and highly organized Project Manager to lead these programs on the ground. Key Responsibilities: Camp Management & On-Site Leadership • Lead and oversee the delivery of Firmament Sports Camps in Europe, USA and Canada., • Supervise daily camp operations: schedules, training sessions, match logistics, equipment, and facility coordination., • Ensure professional coaching quality in collaboration with official club coaches and assistants (FC Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid, etc.)., • Guarantee player safety, well-being, and high-quality experience throughout the camp., • Team leadership and performance supervision Travel & Program Logistics • Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, meals and transportation for staff and players., • Coordinate bookings and confirm all operational details prior to camp start., • Manage last-minute changes, unexpected issues and on-site problem-solving., • Ensure all schedules, locations and logistics run smoothly and on time. Family, Player & Partner Communication • Serve as the main point of contact for families before, during and after the camp., • Provide clear communication, support, and updates to parents and participants., • Build strong relationships with local partners, venues, suppliers and club representatives., • Financial, Administrative & Planning Tasks, • Manage camp budgets, invoices, payments and expense tracking., • Maintain accurate documentation, reports and logistics files., • Work closely with the operations and coaching teams to prepare camp materials and weekly plans. Required Skills & Experience: • Experience in project management, event management, sports operations or camp coordination., • Passion for football and the ability to work in a sports-driven environment., • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and work under pressure., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to travel internationally for extended periods (up to 8 weeks)., • Professional Spanish and English (required). Catalan is a strong plus., • Ability to remain calm, proactive and solution-oriented during high-pressure situations., • Strong Excel skills and data management abilities., • Capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams Nice to Have • Experience working in youth sports, football programs or international camps., • Previous participation in international programs or having lived abroad., • Knowledge of US logistics (venues, accommodation, travel routes)., • Experience coordinating multicultural teams.
