Floor Team members - DEIA & TIGER 2017 SL

We are looking for team members to join us for our 2026 season (March to October). We are located in Deia, a mountain village 20km from Palma center.   We are a high end restaurant & gastrobar with international guests. So, its imperative you have a good command of English & Spanish, other spoken languages will be a plus.  We offer a 5day working week in a privileged location with above award wages for right applicants.  All applicants must have the core basics - work focus oriented, be well presented, thrive in a team enviroment, able to multitask & remain calm in a high volume restaurant, have excellent peoples skills & have common sense.   We are a progressive company that champions diversity & provide a safe work enviroment.  We do not indulge in dramas & believe when you come to work, your personal issues should be left at home as our guests deserves the best service & energy when they enter our space.  These are the postions available.

1. Experienced barman with cocktails & coffee skills. Must be organised, able to follow reciepes & be consistent in delivering quality well presented beverages.
2. Experienced waitperson with excellent communication skills, customer focus & have eye for details & able to elevate our guests experience through your shining & graceful personality
3. Runner, someone who can think fast on their feet, well coordinated with some experience in both the kitchen & floor to be able to ensure a smooth service.
4. Kitchenhand, must be highly organised & clean freak with basic prepping skills, English must be spoken.
5. Cooks, must have experience in Asian gastronomy, excellent knive skills & able to transition between cold & hot stations, English must be spoken.
6. Driver is available for a responsible individual who can collect & deliver our team & daily produce in a safe & timely manner.  This position has requires someone who is available to drive the team after dinner service past 1am.
