Overview As Senior Design & Product Strategist, you will bridge UX design, product strategy and product management to shape AI-native digital products. You’ll work end-to-end across discovery and delivery, translating market and user insights into compelling visions, roadmaps and UX that power AI-driven experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with clients at executive levels to define value propositions and measurable outcomes. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on design and rapid prototyping in low-code/no-code ecosystems, delivering impact at scale. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Fully remote option, • Flexible schedule 35 hours/week, • Flexible compensation including perks (transport, childcare), • Medical and dental insurance for employees, • Training budget and Microsoft certifications, • English lessons Responsabilidades • Define product visions and experience principles aligned with client goals and company strategy, • Translate client challenges, user needs and AI opportunities into coherent product roadmaps, • Lead discovery across qualitative, quantitative and strategic research, • Develop personas, journeys, service blueprints and AI opportunity maps, • Design end-to-end AI-native product concepts, user flows and prototypes with UI collaboration, • Create wireframes, hi-fi prototypes and interaction specifications, • Coordinate cross-functional delivery with AI, engineering and data teams, • Support user story creation, acceptance criteria and backlog refinement, • Prototype ideas using low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Replit, Lovable) and validate AI-based workflows, • Mentor designers in product thinking and discovery methods, • Contribute to playbooks, frameworks and methodologies Requisitos principales • ~6+ years in UX Design, Product Strategy, Product Management or Product Design, • Proven end-to-end product delivery experience, • Experience designing AI-native experiences and intelligent workflows, • Strong UX design skills: wireframing, prototyping, UI collaboration, • Experience using Low-Code/No-Code tools (Replit, Lovable) for rapid prototyping, • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across organizations, • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking, • Excellent communication, storytelling and workshop facilitation, • Fluent in English; Spanish, • AI UX design (agent interactions, prompts, adaptive UI), • UX methodologies: journeys, flows, IA, service design, prototyping, • Low-code/no-code prototyping tools (Replit, Lovable)
