Company description Laft is a creative studio for purpose-led brands in fashion and tech — born in London, now based in Madrid. Led by Anna, a Brand Strategist and Creative Marketer, Laft collaborates with designers, creators, and strategists to help brands express their purpose through design and storytelling. The studio works across branding, content direction, and creative strategy, helping emerging brands grow with intention and style. Role Description This is a 3-month hands-on internship with the opportunity to grow into a paid freelance role. You’ll work closely with the Founder and creative team to create a new brand for Laft — developing visuals, shooting and editing content, and interviewing inspiring designers and founders in Madrid. Your mission: bring Laft’s new creative identity to life through design, storytelling, and content that reflects Madrid’s design culture. You’ll: • Help define and design Laft’s new brand identity, • Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content (studio, street, and event-based), • Collaborate on social media storytelling — founder stories, designer interviews, cultural moments, • Create design assets and layouts for brand and digital use, • Research Madrid’s fashion and creative scene for collaborations, • Support content planning and posting across channels This is a hybrid role — you’ll join local shoots, meetings, and creative sessions in Madrid while working remotely on editing and design tasks. Requirements You are: • A design or creative student (or emerging professional) with a strong interest in fashion, branding, and storytelling, • Confident using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Affinity, • Skilled in shooting and editing visual content (photo/video), • Curious about Madrid’s creative scene and open to collaboration, • Available ~15 hrs/week (flexible hours), • Proactive, detail-oriented, and open to feedback Benefits • 3-month commission-based collaboration (20–50% depending on project involvement), • Real, portfolio-ready work — you’ll be part of shaping Laft’s new identity, • Creative mentorship and exposure to real clients and founders, • A chance to co-create content with Madrid’s designers and creative community, • Option to continue as a paid freelancer after the internship, • Potential for long-term collaboration or partnership after 6 months Location: Hybrid — Madrid based Start date: 17 November 2025
