The part you’ll play You will join us in our Madrid El Corte Inglés Corner as a Full-Time Team Leader, reporting directly to the Store Management. The position will start with a fixed-term contract, with the possibility of being made permanent based on performance and organizational needs. • Role model best in class sales and self leadership on the sales floor by providing excellent and specialized customer care, • Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships, • Promote a customer centric culture by coaching sales teams on data collection and enrichment as well as on processes, • Shadow fellow advisors on the sales floor and proactively offer insights, reflections, and experiences, • Monitor performances of all in store customer engagement & customer care activities on a regular basis What you’ll bring • A high degree of integrity, consistently leading by example in every situation, • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, ensuring a magical client experience while demonstrating leadership and a passion for helping others grow, • Strong communication skills, engaging colleagues and clients with genuine care and empathy, • A blend of responsibility, bold ideas, resilience, and an authentic approach, • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage., • At least 4 years of previous experience in fashion/luxury retail, including at least two years in management or team-leadership roles OUR DEI COMMITMENT TO YOU At Ferragamo, you can play your part and express your uniqueness.
