💼 YOUR ROLE
🔹 Lead podium operations & guest flow
🔹 Manage reservations, table allocations & VIPs
🔹 Train and supervise hostess team
🔹 Coordinate with floor & bar managers
🔹 Handle guest issues with grace & speed

✅ REQUIREMENTS
✔️ 3–5 years luxury hospitality (hostess leadership)
✔️ Min. height 170 cm + impeccable grooming
✔️ Fluent in English (European language a plus)
✔️ Confident with reservation systems
✔️ Calm, polished, and decisive under pressure
