Driven by innovation, scientific research, and a passion for agriculture, we work every day to help growers around the world produce healthier, more sustainable, and more productive crops. /p h3Role description /h3 pFor our Spanish branch, we are looking for an experienced and business-oriented. /p h3Country Finance Manager /h3 pto lead the Finance Administration function in the Country. /p pThis is a key leadership role for a finance professional, directly reporting to the Global Finance Manager, and it combines strong technical expertise and pragmatic, hands‑on approach. As the primary finance leader in Spain, you will ensure financial integrity, safeguard company assets, drive compliance, and provide insights that support sustainable growth; you will also be responsible for supervising and managing all financial operations within the respect of local regulations while optimizing operational efficiency. /p pYou will work closely with the Global Controller and the FPA team, directly coordinating another resource. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor accounts receivable and facilitate timely collections to optimize cash flow; /li liPerform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial transactions; /li liOversee cash and bank management activities, ensuring liquidity for business operations; /li liConsolidate and prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for submission to the CFO; /li liMaintain the general ledger, ensuring proper reconciliation of accounts; /li liManage cost accounting to support budgeting and improve operational efficiency; /li liPrepare cash flow forecasts to enhance financial planning and decision-making; /li liLead audit management, acting as the key liaison with external auditors; /li liMaintain strong relationships with banking institutions to ensure smooth financial operations; /li liOversee credit risk management and contribute to the company’s financial stability; /li liSupport procurement, insurance, legal coordination, and HR administration where required. /li /ul h3Required skills /h3 ul liAt least five years of experience in finance leadership, accounting, controlling, treasury, or audit, preferably in an international or multinational environment; /li liStrong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, tax compliance, treasury, and credit risk management; /li liExperience managing statutory audits and relationships with banks, tax advisors, and external stakeholders; /li liAdvanced knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is highly valued) and financial reporting tools; /li liStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across different functions and countries; /li liProfessional fluency in English. /li /ul pInterested candidates are invited to submit their CV to /p pBy submitting their application, candidates acknowledge that their personal data, including any special categories of personal data voluntarily provided, will be processed by Panora S.p.A. in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and applicable data protection legislation, exclusively for the purposes of evaluating their application and, where applicable, establishing an employment relationship. /p pCandidates may request the full Privacy Notice pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR by contacting /p pPanora S.p.A. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
