About the Role Working closely with our team, you'll help prepare healthy, home- cooked meals for our clients and staff while also maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout our residential treatment centre. This isn't a fast-paced restaurant kitchen. Instead, you'll be helping to create a warm, welcoming home environment where nutritious food and a clean, comfortable setting support our clients' wellbeing and recovery. Your Responsibilities You'll be involved in:  Preparing healthy breakfasts, lunches and dinners for clients and staff.  Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.  Ensuring the property remains clean, welcoming and well presented.  Supporting stock control and food deliveries.  Working as part of a friendly multidisciplinary team.  Helping create a positive and therapeutic environment for our clients. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is:  Friendly, reliable and trustworthy.  Passionate about cooking healthy, nutritious meals.  Proud of maintaining high standards of cleanliness.  Well organised with excellent attention to detail.  Able to work independently as well as part of a team.  Compassionate and respectful towards people from all walks of life.  Flexible and willing to support the needs of the service. Essential  Previous experience in a kitchen, catering or cooking role.  Previous housekeeping or professional cleaning experience.  Good spoken English.  Full driving licence.  Legally entitled to work in Spain.  Holds, or is willing to obtain before starting, a valid Spanish Food Handler Certificate (Carnet de Manipulador de Alimentos). Desirable  Ability to communicate in Spanish.  Experience within hospitality, healthcare or residential care.  Knowledge of allergens and special dietary requirements.
