What You'll Do:
- Lead your section with precision and flair
- Ensure high standards of preparation, presentation, and hygiene
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver a smooth and efficient service
- Bring creativity, responsibility, and a positive attitude to the team
