Buscamos personal para nueva apertura en Marbella (julio). Estaremos los días 18 y 19 de marzo en el hotel Alanda (Marbella) realizando 2 días de puertas abiertas presentando el proyecto. Buscamos personal que quiera aceptar el reto de abrir un gran restaurante en Marbella y posicionarlo como referente. Nuestro restaurante abrirá en horario ininterrumpido desde comida hasta las cenas y las copas. Igualmente, mantendremos el restaurante abierto durante todo el año, no solo en temporada. Buscamos personal para la barra en todas las posiciones, desde Head Bartender, barman, bartender y barback. ** Funciones**: -Realizar las preparaciones de la barra. -Conocer la carta además de todas las elaboraciones y recetas. -Atender a los clientes de forma amable y profesional. -Cobrar las bebidas que se sirvan directamente en barra. -Dar soporte al equipo de sala en momentos puntuales del servicio. -Informar al head bartender de cualquier producto que falte.
