Position Summary We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Sales to lead our global expansion. This individual will be primarily responsible for new customer acquisition and strategic alliance management, providing end-to-end oversight of inbound, outbound, and partner channels. The core mission is to scale company revenue, optimize commercial processes, and consolidate brand presence in key markets. You must have a genuine passion for B2B sales and a proven track record working at a senior level in fast-growing SaaS organizations. You will continuously make the necessary improvements in the sales organization, processes, activity level, and structure to ensure the team meets the customer acquisition and growth objectives. To be successful within this role, you must be comfortable driving organizational changes, communicating clearly, and making decisions as needed. As a leader, you’ll collaborate with other supportive leaders across the organization. Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and manage the Sales Executive team across different regions to ensure strong performance aligned with the go-to-market strategy. Defining and continuously developing our sales strategy in line with the business target and goals. Define clear goals and KPIs, run structured 1:1s and team meetings, and design tailored development plans. Inbound Channel: Collaborate closely with Marketing to improve lead quality, analyzing trends by country and sector. Outbound Channel: Supervise the execution of prospecting cadences, analyzing open, click, and response metrics to maximize conversion. Lead the acquisition, vetting, and reconnection with strategic partners globally. Optimize joint commercial processes with partners to expand current sales goals. Perform market and competitor trend analysis to identify new business opportunities. Monitor pipeline quality and volume, supporting Sales Executives throughout the sales cycle and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Analyzing the feedback to optimize product development and marketing activities Reporting on KPIs to the executive leadership team and using data to develop strategy, goal-setting, etc Contribute to long-term process building and optimizing to ensure scalability within the organization Ensuring that our products and services are accurately addressing our customers demands. Research and discover new business opportunities Going beyond what's being asked for. Desired skills Proven success within a leadership role in a high-growth SaaS sales organization. 5+ years of experience within sales, preferably within B2B SaaS organizations and edtech Strong track record in building and scaling high-performing teams, recruiting top talent, and designing onboarding/training programs. Skilled in LinkedIn networking and outreach tools. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and public speaking abilities. Fluency in Spanish and English. Other languages such as French are welcome.
