Role Description KECH Development is seeking a proactive and motivated Sales and Marketing Intern for an on-site internship role based in our Barcelona (Eixample) office. This position is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in real estate, sales, marketing, and client relations within an international business environment. The intern will support the company’s day-to-day sales and marketing activities by helping schedule property appraisal appointments, communicating with clients, sending marketing and property information to prospective clients, and assisting with follow-up and outreach efforts. The role also includes maintaining organized client records, supporting internal coordination, and assisting the team with commercial and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and professional candidate who is eager to learn, comfortable speaking with clients, and interested in working in a fast-paced real estate environment. This position is one hundred percent in English, so you must be fluent in English to apply. All CVs must be in English to be considered. Key Responsibilities • Schedule and coordinate property appraisal appointments., • Communicate with clients professionally by phone, email, and messaging., • Send out marketing materials, property information, and follow-up communications to prospective clients., • Support sales and marketing outreach initiatives., • Assist with lead tracking and follow-up., • Maintain and update client records, databases, and internal files., • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials., • Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks for the commercial team. Qualifications • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • Interest in sales, marketing, real estate, and client relations., • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment., • Professional and confident communication style when speaking with clients., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint., • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, or social media platforms is a plus., • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field preferred., • Previous internship or experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or administrative support is a plus.
