📣 Social Media Manager (Spanish-Speaking) – Invoicing & Expense Tech Startup
Part-time & Full Time considered | Based in Andalusia (or Spain) | Remote with occasional in-person meetups
We’re a fast-growing invoicing and expense management platform built to help freelancers, small businesses, and accountants save time, reduce hassle, and stay financially in control. As we expand across Spain and beyond, we’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager to grow our brand, create engaging content, and help turn followers into loyal users.
💡 What You’ll Be Doing
Plan and manage our social media presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Create and schedule content that speaks to freelancers, business owners, and accountants in Spain.
Run paid ad campaigns with a focus on lead generation, signups, and brand awareness.
Build a content calendar that aligns with product updates, campaigns, and key dates.
Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and optimise based on data and insights.
Collaborate closely with our founders and growth team to refine tone, messaging, and priorities.
✅ Requirements
Native Spanish speaker with strong written and spoken English.
Based in Andalusia, or elsewhere in Spain with willingness to meet in person occasionally.
2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a startup or tech brand.
Strong knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram (organic + paid).
Comfortable with ad platforms, analytics tools, and content design (e.g. Canva, Adobe, or similar).
A strategic thinker who also loves getting hands-on with copy, visuals, and community engagement.
Knowledge of the freelancer or small business market in Spain is a big plus.
