The Roles We Are Hiring For We are currently seeking part-time candidates for the following positions: Bartenders / Barmaids: Crafting excellent drinks, maintaining high-speed service during peak hours, and keeping the bar energy alive. What We Are Looking For Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced bar, nightclub, or busy restaurant is highly preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way. Languages: Fluency in English is essential; conversational Spanish or additional European languages are a massive plus given our international clientele. Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to stay calm and smiling under pressure. Availability: Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the summer season. EU Work Permit: Must be legally permitted to work in Spain.
