Platform & Coaching Programs Lead Remote (with a preference for candidates based in APAC, Europe, or the Middle East to align with core business hours) Initial freelance/contract (6–12 months) → potential full-time About CoachBase CoachBase is a global digital coaching platform redefining professional development through technology, data, and a curated network of 1,100+ ICF-certified coaches across 65+ countries. We partner with leading multinational corporations, primarily across APAC and EMEA, delivering scalable and measurable coaching programs — from emerging talent to senior executives. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a hands-on, commercially driven leader to scale both our platform and business globally. Role Overview This is a hybrid strategic and execution role at the core of CoachBase. You will lead: Platform evolution Commercial growth Client delivery Operations and team scaling You will play a key role in shaping the company’s trajectory while remaining deeply hands-on across functions. Main Responsibilities Commercial & Client Development Lead B2B sales and business development (client pitches, demos, proposals) Own RFP responses and procurement processes Manage senior client relationships (HR / L&D leaders, sponsors, program teams) Translate client needs into tailored solutions and platform enhancements Coaching Program Delivery Act as strategic account lead for clients Oversee: Program launches Program performance and reporting Feedback loops and continuous improvement Executive-level client engagement Platform & Product Development Define and prioritize product development needs Translate business and client needs into clear functional requirements Work closely with tech teams to design, test, and deploy features Ensure a client-centric, scalable user experience User Support & Operations Ensure high-quality user support across participants and coaches Oversee platform activity and operational performance Scale and optimize processes through automation, AI, and data-driven workflows Finance & Performance Management Oversee: Client invoicing and contracts Coach payments Financial tracking and dashboards Monitor KPIs, margins, and overall business performance Team Leadership & Coach Network Lead a cross-functional team, primarily based in APAC Build and scale the team over time (structure, hiring, development) Oversee coach recruitment and onboarding globally Ensure consistent quality and experience standards Brand & Marketing Oversee digital marketing and brand positioning: Content (LinkedIn, thought leadership, blog) SEO and inbound strategy Increase visibility through: Events, webinars, and roundtables Strategic partnerships Strategy & Growth Shape and evolve CoachBase’s business model, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy Align platform development with commercial and client needs Identify and drive new growth opportunities (markets, segments, partnerships) Ideal Profile 7–10+ years of experience Strong experience in project / program management and client facing roles Experience contributing to or leading B2B sales and procurement processes Strong experience working with senior stakeholders in multinational environments Key strengths: Entrepreneurial mindset (ownership, problem-solving, adaptability) Strong commercial mindset (sales, client management) Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Strong prioritization and multi-tasking capabilities Highly hands-on, execution-driven Strong critical thinking and ability to challenge constructively Requirements: Experience in L&D, coaching, or talent development Strong interest in and affinity with technology / digital tools Advanced command of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (must-have) Nice to have: Exposure to product / platform environments Experience managing global / remote teams What We Offer A high-impact leadership role in a fast-growing global business Strong autonomy Flexible remote setup Competitive compensation + performance-based incentives Opportunity to transition into a long-term leadership role How to Apply Please send your CV to:
