El lloc de treball disponible s'ubica a l'àrea d'Operacions, concretament dins del departament de Protecicó senior, on les funcions principals son: -Atenció al client mitjançant l'exl·lència -Resoldre la solicitud durant la trucada o derivar la solicitud al departament corresponent. -treballar dins dels procediments establerts amb un grau de supervisió moderat, identiciar el problema i les qüestions rellevants en situacions senzilles i prendre decisions utlitzant els procediments estàndard i a través de coneixements i hablitats de treball desenvolupats mitjançant la formació adquirida o experiència laboral.
