Role: Project Engineer – Green Hydrogen Projects Contract Type: Contract Location: Madrid We are looking for an experienced Project Engineers to support the delivery of green hydrogen projects. This role requires strong project management or project engineering experience and a technical background in civil, mechanical, or process engineering. Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering activities for green hydrogen projects., • Manage project schedules, budgets, and technical documentation., • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements., • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including design, procurement, and construction., • Monitor progress and report on key project milestones. Requirements: • Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent)., • Proven experience in project engineering or project management., • Knowledge of renewable energy systems, hydrogen technologies, or related infrastructure., • Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities: • Implement high-speed, complex designs from floorplan to GDS while meeting aggressive PPA (Performance, Power, Area) targets., • Research and develop innovative methodologies, scripts, and flows to push PPA limits in physical design., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design implications on timing closure, power optimization, and overall physical implementation., • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in physical design, applying insights to improve solutions and deliverables. Requirements: • 4+ years of relevant experience in Physical Design., • Strong knowledge of the complete PD flow from netlist to GDS, including floorplanning, power planning, placement/CTS/routing, and optimization steps., • Hands-on experience with physical design tools for advanced technology nodes (10nm and below)., • Deep understanding of STA, timing closure, congestion, routing, power analysis, and power integrity methodologies., • Proficiency in automation using Perl and TCL, along with experience developing or supporting physical design flows; strong communication and teamwork skills. Job Description: 1、New product launch support and organize seminars/webinars 2、Pre-sales support, provide good technical solutions to customers 3、Respond the technical questions/requirements from customers 4、Provide technical support to both solar module and ESS 5、Maintain and update the CEC and/or other related product certifications and qualifications to meet Spanish speaking area needs 6、Contract review and technical clause negotiation including warranty, tests, pre-shipment inspection, etc 7、Collaborate with HQ team to find solutions to the technical term deviation and evaluate the related cost 8、Support customer training and CEC/SEC road shows 9、Collaborate with HQ warranty department to resolve product warranty/after-sale issues/complaints 10、Coordinate the order execution including Pre-shipment inspection, 3rd party lab testing, factory audit, manufacturing supervision, etc 11、Competitors’ product/offerings analysis Requirements： 1、Bachelor, master degree in business, electrical, power or related fields 2、Familiar with solar module and energy storage products, with the ability to design and provide solutions for integrated product and ESS 3、5 years+ technical supporting experience 4、Confident to provide technical speech to clients or public audience 5、Knowledge and/or experiences in PV system design and ESS 6、Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills 7、Positive, self-driven, diligent, can-do attitude and a team player 8、Proficiency both in written and spoken in English; 9、Able to travel on a regular basis and/or abroad in a short notice
