Position summary
As Night Auditor, I will be the main point of contact for guests during the night shift, ensuring a smooth, safe, and memorable stay. Responsibilities include late check-ins and early check-outs, guest assistance, nightly audits, financial and operational reporting, and supporting the Front Office team while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage night operations: check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, and guest requests.
- Conduct nightly audits, reconcile reports, and ensure accurate financials.
- Deliver excellent guest service: anticipate needs, handle complaints, and support departments.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Bell, Room Service, and Security.
- Support and guide night Front Office team, ensuring smooth operations and positive culture.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles, preferably within luxury hospitality.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., MEWS, HUBos) and MS Office.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities to manage guest requests efficiently
