Role: Salesforce Delivery / Functional Lead Location: Madrid, Barcelona or Lisbon Salary: Open / Competitive + Bonus + Equity This role is open to specialists based in either Madrid, Barcelona or Portugal (Lisbon). Initially there will be required travel to the UK to get up to speed, then remote first in your home country with the view of opening an office in the future based off the successful candidates location. An innovative and rapidly scaling UK partner who have grown 500%+ since launching 2 years ago are expanding their practice now hiring for a Salesforce Delivery Lead to head up this practice from Madrid, Barcelona or Lisbon where you will build out the off-shore team and work across UK / EU projects, with the longer term view of winning projects locally. The founders have proven experience building and selling a highly regarded partner, so this isn’t their first rodeo! Since launch, they have exceeded expectations, been recognised from Salesforce for their excellence and have a unique and ambitious goal to become the leading partner globally. They sit front and centre across enterprise global digital transformations covering high-demand and niche applications from Agentforce, RCA and Mulesoft. This is a unique opportunity to take responsibility and lead from the front. Upon joining, you will work with the UK team to map out the vision and roadmap and run the daily operations across projects and the team. This will be an evolving role in the business, with clear view to grow into practice lead and beyond. It is key to have strong commercial acumen, and any experience across pre-sales / upselling would be advantageous. It is required to be native Spanish or Portuguese speaking, and fluent English and willing within the first few months to travel to the UK for onboarding to get up to speed.
