About the Role Would you like to join the international Business Data Management team within the ALTEN Group? We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join the Business Data Management team, a key area responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and analysis of the Group’s operational data. You will play a crucial role in ensuring reporting accuracy, automating processes, and supporting multiple countries and business lines. Main Responsibilities • Consolidate and review operational data on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis., • Ensure accuracy, consistency and traceability of all information processed., • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for management and the Group., • Analyse deviations, identify anomalies and provide data‑driven recommendations., • Perform cross-checks, validations and ensure compliance with reporting deadlines., • Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure process alignment and standardisation. Required Skills Hard skills • Advanced Excel knoweldge: pivot tables, complex formulas and large datasets.., • Practical knowledge of reporting environments and database., • Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail. Soft skills • Clear communication and ability to work with international teams., • Strong attention to detail with a high standard of quality., • Analytical, curious and data‑driven mindset., • Strong organisation and ability to meet weekly deadlines., • Proactive, eager to learn and constantly improve processes., • Team‑oriented, collaborative and willing to share best practices. Requirements • University degree (Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or similar) or Master in data analytics or equivalent., • Upper‑intermediate English level (B2 or above)., • Ability to work with weekly and monthly reporting cycles., • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, data cleaning)., • Possibility to do a full-time job internship (6 months, 35 hours per day).
