ph3Job Summary /h3pDonaldson is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in German and English to join our Industrial Solutions Customer Service team based in Terrassa, Barcelona. In this role you will act as a key point of contact for our customers in the DACH region, managing purchasing orders and building strong, long‑term relationships with assigned accounts. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure excellent service delivery and support continued market growth. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProcess, monitor, and follow‑up customers’ purchasing orders. /liliEnsure effective service and administrative support for the assigned customer. /liliProvide delivery commitment to customers and follow‑up on order activity, alerting customers and the sales team in case of discrepancies. /liliManage invoice creation, corrections, and the return of material activities. /liliReceive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead‑time, products, and availability, through efficient and friendly communication to maintain excellent customer relationships. /liliCoordinate internally with other departments such as sales, logistics, finance, and production to keep all parties aware of customer activities. /li /ulh3Relevant Experience and Skills /h3ulliMinimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics. /liliWorking knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook. /liliKnowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms and CRM are an asset. /liliNative level of German or C2 level.
