• Technical support: including 3rd party Lab., Client's lab testing; customer technical meeting; monitoring market technical trend; participate related technical meetings/events/working group, • Technical relationship building: including with the 3rd party lab. Clients' lab testing engineers, product managers, quality engineers, etc. Build good relationships to gain deep Knowledge of clients' requirements and gain good testing resources, • Team Management: Lead and train the sales team, ensuring team members have a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and the market to enhance sales performance ;, • Collaborate with the product development team to advance new product development and resolve issues related to technology, sales, and after-sales service., • Completion of Assigned Tasks: Ensure the timely completion of tasks assigned by senior management to support the achievement of company objectives. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Energy, or related fields., • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the utilities, or smart metering industry., • Strong understanding of the Spanish utility market landscape., • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills., • Ability to work independently while managing multiple regional priorities., • Willingness to travel frequently across Spain (short trips).
