Funciones principales: • Seguimiento del trabajo que lleva a cabo cada persona del equipo, control de los procedimientos, anotaciones de los errores y evaluaciones directas (evaluación continua y trimestral)., • Realizar un estudio completo de las instalaciones y maquinaria del Centro., • Controlar el archivo de manuales de operaciones de las instalaciones., • Ejecutar el Plan de Mantenimiento Preventivo., • Supervisar la ejecución y ejecutar las intervenciones anuales, bianuales, trimestrales, mensuales, semanales, diarias y puntuales., • Minimizar los tiempos de parada de maquinaria ante las averías., • Ejecutar la reparación en los casos en que sea necesario., • Supervisar que los trabajos de preventivo y correctivo de las empresas externas con contrato se realizan en tiempo y forma establecidos., • Supervisar el estado de las herramientas del centro para garantizar que siempre están en buen estado., • Realizar seguimiento diario de los consumos del centro para evaluar que el consumo es el óptimo., • Supervisar horarios de iluminación y climas en el BMS para optimizar consumos., • Responsable de la aplicación práctica del tratamiento de aguas., • Seguimiento de los indicadores de aguas y toma de decisiones en caso de distorsión., • Ciclo formativo de Grado Superior de Mantenimiento de Maquinaria e Instalaciones, Técnico en Instalaciones y Mantenimiento, Técnico en Mantenimiento Electromecánico, o equivalente., • Conocimientos en climatizaciòn y tratamiento de agua., • Conocimiento de Ofimatica bàsico, • Carnet de conducir.
