We are partnering with a global industrial technology group specialized in advanced inspection, sorting, and food processing solutions. The company operates internationally and combines engineering excellence, computer vision systems, and integrated machine software to deliver high-performance equipment to the food industry. We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the global product strategy across multiple operating units and drive long-term portfolio growth. The Role This is a strategic leadership position responsible for defining and executing the product vision across a complex industrial portfolio. The role goes beyond traditional product management and requires strong business impact, cross-company alignment, and technical credibility. Key responsibilities include: Define and communicate the global product vision and roadmap. Lead full product lifecycle management (from ideation to end-of-life). Align product strategy with revenue, profitability, and market share objectives. Translate market insights and customer needs into competitive product strategies. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Aftermarket teams. Evaluate market opportunities and financial feasibility for new developments. Contribute to pricing strategy and long-term portfolio positioning. Drive cross-functional alignment across international teams. The position reports at executive level and requires frequent international travel (approximately 50%). Candidate Profile We are looking for a senior product leader with: 10+ years of experience in Product Management within industrial, capital equipment, automation, or related B2B technical environments. Strong engineering or technical background. Proven experience managing product portfolios with measurable business impact. Experience working in global or matrix organizations. Solid understanding of industrial machine systems and integrated software environments. High level of strategic thinking combined with practical execution capability. Languages: English: C1/C2 level.
