We seek to add to our existing team a person who has excellent english and spanish language skills, is Admin orientated and able to work on a part time basis. Additonal languages are a plus but not essential.
The right candidate will have the following PROVEABLE skills -
Excellent English and Spanish as a minimum
Very Strong MS Excel MS Word skills
Experience with apps and interaction with apps
Track record of Admin positions in the past
Stable and reliable character
Proven ability to perform important daily or regular tasks
Proven ability to work autonomously if required
Proven organisational skills
Great problem solving skills
The main functions of the role are to update varius internal reports in Excel on a daily basis, track payments made to our company, produce varioius monthly reports in excel, monthly invoicing of clients, liaison with our Gestor and Monthly Reports. Adhoc admin tasks from the SL owner. Commuincation with our clients via apps in english and spanish.
