Responsibilities include managing daily spa operations, providing exceptional customer service, performing spa treatments, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves overseeing staff, managing budgets, maintaining inventory, and implementing high-quality skincare protocols in alignment with the company's standards. The Spa Manager and Therapist will also develop and maintain an inviting and relaxing spa environment for all clients. Qualifications • Proven ability in Spa Management, including overseeing day-to-day operations and team leadership., • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a client-focused approach., • Experience and proficiency in Skin Care procedures and treatments in order to provide them as part of the job., • Familiarity with Budgeting and managing financial aspects of a spa business., • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities., • Strong communication skills and an approachable demeanor., • Professional certifications in spa therapy or skincare are preferred., • Fluency in English and Spanish is highly beneficial.
