We are looking for a reliable and dynamic Personal & Travel Assistant based in Barcelona for a full-time position during July–August.
The role involves accompanying and assisting during a Mediterranean trip across Spain, the South of France, and Italy. Responsibilities include managing daily tasks, coordinating bookings (restaurants, beach clubs, travel), and supporting logistics and scheduling throughout the trip.
This is a full-time, on-site role requiring full availability (including travel, evenings, and weekends). The assistant is expected to be present daily and fully involved during the entire period.
Requirements:
- Based in Barcelona
- Fluent in Spanish & English (French is a strong plus)
- Driving license required
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable
- Comfortable with travel and changing schedules
