Personal assistant to CEO

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the CEO's busy calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and itineraries
  • Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and business engagements
  • Assist in personal tasks such as shopping, errands, and family-related activities
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Liaise with employees and suppliers, clients, and partners on behalf of the CEO

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities,
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work outside standard office hours when necessary
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting C-level executives
  • Able to speak both spanish and English
