ph3Job Description Summary /h3pWe are looking for a Service Sales Specialist to join our Ultrasound Service business in Spain. In this customer-facing role, you will drive growth through service contract renewals, new business development, and account management. You will be responsible for an assigned territory and/or named accounts, identifying customer needs and developing tailored service solutions that deliver value throughout the lifecycle of Ultrasound systems. By building strong customer relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help expand our service portfolio and support excellent customer outcomes. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliOrder and Sales Targets: Responsible for achieving the Solutions/Service sales OP target for assigned accounts and/or territory. This includes working towards meeting or exceeding these targets. /liliPricing Compliance: Ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunities by adhering to established pricing guidelines and policies. This involves constant discussion with the segment leader about pricing structures and suggests any changes needed to remain competitive in the market while maintaining profitability. /liliForecasting: Accurately forecast orders and sales using the applicable sales funnel tools and reports. This includes analyzing historical data, market trends, and customer behavior to predict future sales performance. /liliPerformance Monitoring: Continuously monitor financial performance against targets, identifying any variances and implementing corrective actions as needed. This involves regular reporting and analysis to ensure transparency and accountability. /liliRevenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth within the assigned territory/accounts. This includes identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, and optimizing sales processes. /liliRelationship Building: Build and nurture strong business relationships within the assigned accounts/territory. Develop and implement account relationship plans to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty. /liliSales Force Management: Create and maintain opportunities within Sales Force, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. This includes tracking the progress of each opportunity and making necessary updates to reflect changes in status or customer requirements. /liliCoordinate with the team to prepare service documentation for ultrasound equipment tenders. /liliCollaborate and act as service specialist with account managers and other service sales teams to develop and execute strategic account plans to expand customer relationships, increase service penetration, improve retention, and achieve long-term profitable growth. /liliBusiness Intelligence Data Analysis: Utilize business intelligence tools, market insights, and performance data to support recommendations, optimize sales performance, and drive informed commercial decisions. /liliMaintain up-to-date detailed knowledge of our solution/services. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliAbility to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solutions-based sales approach. /liliProblem-solving and analytical skills. /liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills in the local language as well as good command of English. /liliFluency in Spanish. /liliNegotiation closing skills. /liliProficiency in using Microsoft Office. /liliDriving licence and willingness to travel (30-50% of the time). /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliTechnical High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or some years of experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field (e.g. biomedical engineering, medical physicists, nurses). /liliAbility to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization. /liliStrong organisational skills. /liliStrong presentation skills. /liliKnowledge of Ultrasound products and market. /liliKnowledge of Salesforce or other CRM. /liliFluency in Catalan is a plus. /li /ulh3Inclusion and Diversity /h3pGE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
