The Mission & Core Scope The Mission: Take immediate ownership of the end-to-end local procurement and site-readiness phase to secure all necessary assets for the launch, subsequently transitioning into a permanent operational support and efficiency role The Scope: You will manage localized purchasing, vendor selection, and administrative setup for the Madrid sites, ensuring seamless operational alignment and fluent communication between the local Spanish operations and global HQ stakeholders Crucial Expectations & Performance Targets To provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months Immediate Launch Procurement: Successfully source, negotiate, and secure 100% of the site's critical indirect supplies (including warehouse consumables, IT hardware, PDAs, safety equipment, and facility management services) to ensure an on-time go-live Vendor Network Architecture: Establish a robust ecosystem of reliable, cost-effective Spanish industrial suppliers and contractors, ensuring alignment with corporate compliance and budgetary guidelines Post-Launch Operational Continuity: Seamlessly transition from launch procurement into ongoing operational support, tracking site KPIs, managing continuous resource optimization, and resolving supply-chain bottlenecks on the floor Cross-Border Communication Bridge: Maintain real-time, accurate technical reporting and alignment between the Madrid localized operations and centralized corporate teams Position Requirements Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English, Spanish, and Mandarin is strictly mandatory. Im2 Energía Solar es una empresa líder en el sector de las energías renovables del Grupo Umbrella y buscamos un/a Técnico de Compras y Logística que quiera formar parte del equipo de Purchasing & Logistics y contribuir a la correcta gestión de las compras, la logística y el control de inventarios de la compañía. Tu misión: Apoyar y gestionar las actividades relacionadas con la adquisición de bienes y servicios, así como la coordinación logística, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos, la optimización de los costes y la correcta recepción y envío de materiales, productos o equipos. Tus tareas principales: Gestionar las compras, identificando las necesidades de abastecimiento de la empresa, generando órdenes de compra y solicitando y comparando cotizaciones de proveedores para asegurar la mejor relación calidad-precio. Planificar y coordinar el transporte de materiales, productos o equipos según las necesidades de la empresa, asegurando la correcta recepción y envío de mercancías. Controlar los costes de transporte y supervisar los procesos de importación y exportación, incluyendo la documentación aduanera y el cumplimiento normativo aplicable. Registrar los movimientos de inventario para garantizar un adecuado control de existencias y la trazabilidad de materiales y productos. Gestionar y supervisar el inventario ubicado en Rhenus, asegurando la coordinación necesaria con los equipos internos y externos implicados. Generar reportes periódicos sobre costes, procesos de aprobación de facturas y desempeño logístico, resolver incidencias con proveedores y colaborar con los departamentos implicados. Requisitos: FP, Bachillerato o formación técnica relacionada con compras, logística, administración, operaciones, supply chain o similar. Experiencia previa de 2/3 años en puestos similares de compras, logística, aprovisionamiento, transporte, inventarios o soporte operativo. Inglés nivel intermedio/alto, especialmente para la gestión de documentación, proveedores, importaciones o exportaciones. Manejo de herramientas básicas de Office y ERP estándar. Valorable experiencia en herramientas de gestión de compras, logística o inventario. Capacidad para organizar prioridades, tomar decisiones dentro del trabajo diario, resolver incidencias con proveedores y colaborar de forma transversal con otros departamentos.
