Your role
As a Procurement & Logistics Specialist you will ensure efficient purchasing, logistics and stock management across Catalonia, optimizing costs and supporting seamless daily operations. You will oversee the central warehouse in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, lead and organize the daily work of your team, manage national purchasing, and guarantee a smooth flow of goods through effective supplier coordination and operational planning.


Your Journey

  • Manage direct purchases for operations and general supplies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers: request quotes, evaluate proposals, negotiate pricing and monitor deliveries and invoicing.
  • Oversee warehouse organization, stock control and replenishment processes.
  • Lead, schedule and support warehouse assistants and logistics staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels, costs and material usage to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to anticipate supply needs and prevent stock shortages.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in purchasing and logistics to streamline operations and enhance performance.

What do you bring to your trip

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in operations, procurement, logistics, store managing or similar roles.
  • Proven leadership, team management and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control and inventory management systems.
  • Professional proficiency in English, Spanish and Catalan is a plus
