We are hiring: Montessori Assistant (6–12) – English Reference
At Associació Montessori Esplugues – L’Escoleta de la Vila (Barcelona), we are looking for a Montessori Assistant (6–12) who will act as an English language reference within the environment.
We are a child-centered Montessori community, supporting the development of independence, critical thinking, and a love for learning in children aged 6 to 12.
What we are looking for:
- English level C1 minimum – absolutely essential (native or near-native strongly preferred)
- Interest in the Montessori approach (AMI training is a plus)
- Experience working with children aged 6–12
- A respectful, observant and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to support a prepared environment and accompany children in their learning process
What we offer:
- Full-time position (8 hours/day)
