We are focused on creating meaningful market presence, bringing the right people into the room, and building repeatable systems that drive growth. We’re hiring a Growth & Events Manager to help plan and execute our event growth strategy. This is not a pure event logistics role. We’re looking for someone who can help drive attendance and engagement through strong campaign execution, list building, outreach coordination, and conversion-focused marketing. The role You will support the planning and execution of two high-impact events and help drive the campaigns that fill them. You’ll work across sales, marketing, and operations to build target lists, manage invite flows, coordinate outreach, and improve registration and attendance performance. This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, commercial, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning execution across multiple workstreams. What you’ll do • Help plan and execute event marketing campaigns from launch through post-event follow-up, • Build and manage target attendee lists in partnership with sales and marketing, • Support outbound and email campaigns tied to event attendance goals, • Manage campaign calendars, invite workflows, reminders, and follow-up communications, • Coordinate with marketing ops to ensure HubSpot lists, workflows, forms, and reporting are accurate, • Track registration, attendance, and conversion performance and identify opportunities to improve results, • Support partner and community outreach to expand event reach, • Help ensure a smooth attendee journey from invite to registration to attendance, • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on messaging, assets, and timelines, • Maintain strong execution discipline across deadlines, campaign details, and reporting What success looks like • Two events are launched and well-executed in September of this year, • Events hit registration and attendance goals, • Invite lists are well-built, well-managed, and actioned on time, • Campaign performance is tracked clearly and improved over time, • Sales and marketing coordination around events becomes more efficient and repeatable What we’re looking for • 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, event marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or a related role, • Experience supporting or running campaigns tied to events, lead generation, or audience growth, • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills, • 2+ years using HubSpot, • Experience with audience segmentation, email campaigns, and performance tracking, • Strong written communication and messaging instincts, • Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving pieces at once, • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities, • Fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking Nice to have • Experience in B2B or startup environments, • Familiarity with outbound workflows and list-building tools, • Experience working closely with sales teams, • Comfort using AI tools to speed up research, copy generation, or campaign execution
