Qualifications • Proven experience in Real Estate and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets., • Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, both in person and in writing., • Comfort working with CRM systems, listing platforms, and basic digital tools to manage leads and properties., • Ability to work on-site in Marbella, including flexibility to attend evening and weekend viewings when required., • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously., • Prior experience in a performance-driven or data-informed sales environment is an advantage., • Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the Marbella market are a plus.
