You need to speak fluent Spanish and intermediate English to apply RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client, who is an innovative CRM solutions provider who have strong connections to the igaming industry, to find a creative and skilled Fullstack Software Developer with expertise in React and a strong understanding of User Experience (UX) design. This role is ideally office based but the client will entertain 2 days from home. They offer flexible working hours and a strong focus on work-life balance. What will you do as a Fullstack Software Developer? Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React / Nextjs. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes and prototypes into high-quality, accessible front-end code. Implement reusable and efficient components while ensuring scalability and performance. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and platforms. Participate in user research and feedback sessions to understand user needs and contribute to design improvements. Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end services. Maintain and improve the codebase through code reviews, adhering to best practices in front-end development. Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends and UX principles, continuously improving the user experience. What do you know that makes you a great Fullstack Software Developer? Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in React. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with modern front-end tools such as Webpack or similar. Understanding of UX design principles, with the ability to build user-centered interfaces. Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility issues. Ability to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Context API). Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or similar UX/UI design tools. Knowledge of CSS frameworks like Bootstrap. Basic knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, RESTful APIs) for better integration with back-end services. Experience with performance optimization and debugging tools. Salary £60k - £65k based on experience with benefits package.
