Care Assistant at RoseBar Longevity Clinic Start:1st of April 2025 As a Care Assistant in a cutting-edge functional medicine clinic, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and hospitality to our patients while supporting the clinic’s operations. The role focuses on assisting patients through innovative biohacking treatments, ensuring the smooth functioning of the clinic, and enhancing the patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Facilitating Biohacking Treatments Assist patients with setup and guidance for treatments such as cryotherapy, red-light therapy, and other biohacking modalities. Ensure patients understand the process and feel comfortable throughout their sessions. Monitor treatment schedules and ensure treatments are carried out efficiently. Supporting Clinical Staff Assist nurses and other clinical staff with preparatory tasks as needed. Maintain effective communication with the team to ensure seamless operations. Room Turnover and Cleanliness Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and ready for the next patient promptly. Maintain an organized and welcoming environment in the clinic at all times. Patient Hospitality Provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere for patients, ensuring their needs are met and they feel cared for during their visit. Address any patient questions or concerns, or escalate them to the appropriate staff member. Cross-Selling Treatments and Services Educate patients on the benefits of various treatments offered at the clinic. Proactively recommend complementary services that align with the patients' goals and needs. Skills and qualifications: nursing aid qualifications or clinical aid certificates are not directly required but preferred. Fluent english and spanish.
