Descripción del empleo Tu día a día Bajo la supervisión del/la Supervisor/a de Mantenimiento, te encargarás de dar soporte en todos los aspectos relacionados con el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de todas las áreas del hotel (piscina, áreas comunes, cocinas, habitaciones, etc.). Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones del hotel. Colaborar con los servicios externalizados del área. Atender los partes diarios que se reporten en el hotel. Registrar las incidencias mediante el software de gestión de mantenimiento. Mantener el orden y limpieza de las zonas de trabajo, taller y almacenes. Comprobar el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones. Requisitos ¿Qué esperamos de ti? Formación en ámbitos de mantenimiento. +2 años de experiencia en mantenimiento (arreglos de albañilería, fontanería y/o electricidad, pintura, climatización y refrigeración, etc.). Valorable experiencia previa en instaladoras y mantenimiento residencial de lujo. Actitud positiva, proactiva, enérgica, dinámica, empática con capacidad de trabajo en equipo y pasión por el servicio. Valorable el dominio de inglés. Qualifications What we are looking for... Degree with emphasis in PR and events with strong communication skills in-and externally, verbal and written. +3 years’ experience in hospitality/luxury industry. Under the guidance of the IT Manager, you’ll ensure functional integration of network and LAN hardware components throughout the entire operation of the hotel. Verify receiving and storage procedures daily to ensure they are being followed. Verify that products are received, issued, documented, stored and ordered according to company guidelines. Assist in performing hardware and software evaluation tests and determine appropriate installation or upgrade schedule. Administer, maintain and provide network level support for Hotel, Bar and Restaurant. Ensure functional integration of network and database server software and LAN hardware/software components. Perform fault isolation, problem determination and problem resolution of standard set network and serve problems to ensure proper integration of software and hardware components. Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of process server and related network functions to ensure all components are performing optimally and in concert with each other. Perform hardware and software evaluations with individual workstations (when necessary) and determine appropriate installation and/or upgrade schedule. Qualifications What we are looking for... Bachelor’s degree in in Computer Science, IT or related field. +2 years of IT experience – hotel or restaurant experience preferred. Previous experience with pre-opening of a hotel or restaurant a big plus. Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.
