Experteer Overview In this role you will own the global transport strategy, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of industrial equipment across borders. You’ll collaborate with warehouses, suppliers, and customers to optimize inbound/outbound flows and strengthen compliance. You drive improvements in logistics workflows and cost control, shaping how Worldsensing scales its service delivery. This is a growth-focused position in a fast-paced, international team that values collaboration and clear, data-driven decision making. You will be pivotal in connecting technology with customers through efficient global logistics. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Plan, coordinate and supervise international transport across warehouses, suppliers and customers • Lead import/export operations and ensure regulatory compliance and accurate shipping documentation • Negotiate and manage external transport providers and 3PLs to meet performance standards • Align inbound, storage and outbound operations to ensure seamless logistics transitions • Identify and implement procurement and internal logistics improvements to reduce lead times and costs • Monitor transport budgets, KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to the Operations Manager Responsabilidades • 3+ years of experience in transport/logistics roles in industrial or technical sectors • Strong customs management knowledge, international trade laws, HS codes, Incoterms 2020 and shipping docs • Advanced MS Office skills with emphasis on cost analysis and tracking • Fluent English for international coordination and customs clearance Requisitos principales • Competitive salary • Professional growth and development • Hybrid working environment • Work-from-home policy • Inclusive, diverse team culture • Knowledge sharing initiatives
