ph3Role Overview /h3pMG Motor is seeking the Regional IT Service Delivery Manager, responsible for supporting and maintaining the regional IT infrastructure and workplace environment across Europe, ensuring reliable IT services for business operations and end users. This role works closely with regional business teams, global IT functions, and external service providers to manage infrastructure operations, end‑user services, cloud resources, local IT vendors, and telecommunications services across the region. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport regional IT infrastructure and workplace services across Europe. /liliManage and maintain IT assets, including networks, servers, cloud resources, office IT facilities, and end‑user devices to ensure stable and secure operations. /liliCoordinate with local vendors and service providers for internet connectivity, telecommunications, hardware support, office IT setup, and other infrastructure‑related services. /liliCollaborate with integral IT teams to implement corporate IT standards, infrastructure policies, and security requirements within the regional environment. /liliSupport the deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of workplace technologies, collaboration tools, and enterprise IT services. /liliMonitor infrastructure performance, system availability, and service quality, proactively identifying operational risks and improvement opportunities. /liliProvide technical support and coordination for infrastructure incidents, service disruptions, and operational escalations, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact. /liliParticipate in IT projects, office expansions, system rollouts, database operations, and infrastructure upgrades across regional locations. /liliManage relationships with external partners and suppliers, including service coordination, issue follow‑up, and basic cost and budget control. /liliEnsure IT operations and infrastructure practices comply with company security policies, GDPR, and applicable European regulatory requirements. /li /ulh3Qualifications Experience /h3ulliBachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field. /liliExperience in IT infrastructure operations, end‑user support, workplace services, or regional IT administration within an international business environment. /liliHands‑on experience with enterprise infrastructure technologies, including networks, servers, cloud platforms (such as AWS or Azure), Microsoft 365, and endpoint management. /liliFamiliarity with IT service management processes and operational support in multi‑site or regional environments. /liliExperience working with local vendors, telecom providers, and external IT service partners. /liliStrong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment. /liliGood communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multicultural and cross‑functional teams. /liliFluent English communication skills; additional European language capabilities are a plus. /liliKnowledge of information security, GDPR, and IT compliance standards is preferred. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
