Role Overview: The Utility Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth of utility-scale solar PV and energy storage projects. This role focuses on customer development, project acquisition, and close collaboration with solution and technical teams to secure and deliver large-scale ground-mounted projects. Responsibilities: • Lead sales activities for utility-scale, ground-mounted solar PV and energy storage projects, including ground-mounted PV-only and ground-mounted energy storage projects., • Develop and manage relationships with key customers, EPCs, developers, and utilities, driving project opportunities from early-stage engagement to contract signing., • Work closely with the Solution Manager and technical teams to support pre-sales activities, including bid interpretation, technical solution alignment, and project feasibility discussions., • Participate in bid preparation, commercial negotiations, and contract signing, ensuring alignment with company strategy and profitability targets., • Support awarded projects during pre-contract and execution phases, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and project delivery., • Collect and analyze market intelligence, including industry trends, competitor solutions, government policies, and customer requirements, and translate insights into effective sales strategies., • Collaborate closely with marketing teams on market entry strategies, customer engagement activities, and brand promotion., • Achieve assigned sales targets and regularly report sales pipeline, forecasts, and market feedback to management. Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience in utility-scale ground-mounted projects, including ground-mounted PV-only and ground-mounted energy storage projects., • Good understanding of inverters, medium-voltage systems, and energy storage systems, with the ability to engage in technical discussions with customers and EPCs., • Familiarity with mainstream domestic and international PV and energy storage solution providers., • Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy sales or business development, with strong utility-scale project exposure., • Strong customer-facing, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills., • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Energy, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
